Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Tell us what your computer is doing and we will tell you roughly what it will cost and how long it will take, before you agree to anything.
How fast can someone come out?
Same day in most cases, inside our service areas. Remote sessions are usually available within the hour.
What if you can’t fix it?
You do not pay. That is the whole point of no fix, no fee.
Do I need to back up my files first?
Not for most repairs. Screens, batteries, keyboards and ports never touch your data. If a job does involve the drive, we will tell you and back it up first.
